New integration: SharePoint

With the new SharePoint integration you can export your flows to SharePoint in formats such as PPTX, DOCX and PDF.

In addition, there are several changes and improvements:

Export your flows to a simple MP4 video format.

Install and load your settings file (.fss) from any location, e.g. from a network drive.

Performance improvements related to loading, saving and exporting your files.

FlowShare 2.18.1

FlowShare 2.18.2 introduces these improvements:

Improvements in the license key activation and login process.

Fixes an issue with SAP GUI tracking settings.

Local exports can now only be perfomed individually, in order to prevent compatibility issues

FlowShare 2.18.3 comes with important fixes:

Fixed an issue where screenshots and arrow positions were incorrect on some system configurations.

The login window to the FlowShare Portal now uses the latest installed version of Microsoft Edge instead of an outdated Chromium version.

Resolved lag and slow response times when editing text in flows.

Fixed crashes that occurred during Step-Combine calculations for some users.

Thumbnails now generate correctly when using custom Word and PowerPoint templates.

Users with German umlauts in their user paths can now import settings files without issues.

Fixed an issue where arrows were misplaced when exporting a flow immediately after opening it.

Improved support for local proxy servers — basic system proxy settings are now automatically used.

Confluence integration: Fixed an issue with updating existing Confluence pages.
